Welcome to the on-line registration facility for Non-Governmental Organizations wishing to attend the WTO's Ninth Ministerial Conference. Requests for registration will be accepted from NGOs on the basis of Article V, paragraph 2 of the WTO Agreement, i.e. such NGOs "concerned with matters related to those of the WTO".
When applying for registration, NGOs must supply in detail all necessary information indicating how they are concerned with matters related to those of the WTO. You will find further instructions on how to fulfil this requirement at the end of this part of the registration procedure.
This requirement is waived for those NGOs registered for at least one previous WTO Ministerial Conference. NGOs that qualify are still obliged to officially request registration and are subject to all other procedural requirements and deadlines that apply to NGOs requesting attendance at the Ninth Ministerial Conference.
Requests for registration must be received by 13 October 2013 (midnight, GMT). After that date, the on-line form will be closed and requests for registration will no longer be processed.

Important visa information
Participants may need a visa to enter Indonesia - accreditation to the WTO Ministerial Conference does not grant entry into the country. Visa applications are handled by the Indonesian authorities. They should obtain a visa through the competent Indonesian Representation in their country of residence.
Once registered, NGO representatives are strongly advised to contact the competent Indonesian authority in their country well in advance to inquire about documentation requirements and the time needed to process visa requests. For more detailed information on visa matters click here.
